Tuhfatul Mubarokah Assalamah or commonly called Eva is a double degree graduate with cumlaude grades and successfully completed her master's degree in 2021. Eva also had the opportunity to take online courses at Western Sydney University. Eva's educational background is Communication Science and English Education. Eva also has an international degree, namely MCE (Microsoft Certified Educator) which brought her to the world of education. Eva is a person who is passionate about making positive changes among young people in a unique and different way. At the age of 21, Eva founded an Educational Foundation called Yayasan Ethical Munawwaroh (EURO) and MI Narrative Quran (MINAN) as an elementary school in Lamongan. As an agent of change, Eva builds a community and civilization in Narrative City Lamongan for young generation to carry out social activities. Eva has the ability to play musical instruments, compose songs, make videos, and photography. This ability helps Eva to create a strong brand identity so that it will be more easily recognized by the public.

Eva started making films when she was in college as a director. This film has a soundtrack of songs that she co-created with her bandmates.

Birdcase Media is an example of a project that Eva made with her friends by bringing up taboo content so that it becomes a characteristic and gets the attention of the audience. It is proven by the number of views of more than 626K views and 7k more subscribers in less than 6 months.

Eva started playing music since elementary school, starting with playing the drums, then guitar, piano, and vocals. Frasa Romansa is Eva's band that she formed with her college friends since 2016.

This band was once an accompaniment band on TVRI programs and succeeded in releasing a single song entitled "Ku Ingin" which was created by Eva.

MI Narrative Quran Lamongan or known as MINAN is an elementary school that was just established in 2019 under the auspices of Yayasan Ethical Munawwaroh. As a new school, of course, it requires a strategy to introduce the image of the school to the society, so Eva has the idea to create a creative team called DOMAIN (Digital Operating Management of MINAN).

In addition, Eva uses a strategy to introduce the School by marketing communication elements so that it can increase brand activation. One of the example is using the slogan "MINAN ISTIQOMAH" which has the acronym Inspiring School of Tahfidz and Quran Narrator for Ummah.

Eva as the team leader has responsible to branding the school through social medias, like Website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Soundcloud. Eva also composes songs such as jingles to promote school and educational songs to help students understand the material lesson.

After graduating from S2 studies, Eva was given the trust to become the vice principal of the school. Eva designs learning for students that is fun with various programs based on projects, so that students not only learn the subject matter technically but also understand it practically.

MI Narrative Quran presents a series of short films taken from the MDMS (My Diary My Story) learning program. This short film will be played by MUKMIN (Murid Kreatif MINAN) which taking stories from school's life.

Eva always wants to give new and different nuances in presenting educative school events with one goal, which is to make it easier for students to understand real learning so that it can be applied in everyday life.

METAFORA is a school magazine that published once a year. METAFORA answers the needs of schools and is a follow-up to GELEM (Gerakan Literasi Madrasah) which is currently being promoted by KEMENAG (Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion) of East Java Province.

Eva has the responsibility as the board of the director to publish the magazine in each edition.

Eva initiates students' talents in the fields of art and literature which are packaged in the work of AKSARA MUKMIN (Antologi Karya Sastra Murid Kreatif MINAN)

It's Time to Show Your Talents!

Eva is the initiator of the "Panggung Ekspresi" program which serves to provide opportunities for students to display their talents outside of academic subjects, such as singing, reading poetry, drama, story telling, rhymes, dancing, and others. Eva believes that all students have their own specialties and Eva wants to be a facilitator for students to find their passion. This activity is held once a week on Friday.

To maximize the language program in preparation for becoming an international school, Eva and MINAN teachers organized a Language Month Program event that brought foreigners from Afghanistan.

Eva covers popular songs whose lyrics have been changed to include the contents of short surahs in Quran, making it easier for students to interpret the content in the Quran.
